At MODERN SERIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel provided the original tags are still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
